Once Upon a Time Season 3 Spoilers: The Blue Fairy Can Come Back to Life; Emma Heads to New York Again

This week's episode of "Once Upon a Time" featured the reveal of Peter Pan's plan and Henry's release from Pandora's Box.

However, it also included the tragic death of The Blue Fairy as Peter Pan's shadow ripped her shadow from her body.

According TVGuide.com, show creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz said shadows can be reacquainted with their corpses. Unfortunately, the website also reports the show recently filmed a funeral scene in Vancouver.

Although it has been reported the show is going to be set in Storybrooke for some time, according to TVLine.com "Once Upon a Time" will take place in NY during the midseason premiere.

"There's a lot of Emma in that episode, that is for sure," Horowitz tells the website.

Many fans are still theorizing about the debut of Rebecca Mader. According to EOnline, she will play the next big bad.

The article which reported the news, co-written by EOnline's Leanne Aguilera and Kristin Dos Santos, described Mader's role as an "iconic fairytale villain".

Judging from the many guesses going around and the articles written, I believe Mader will play either Cruella de Vil or Rapunzel's mother.

Since TVLine recently reported Alexandra Metz has been cast as Rapunzel - and Cruella was technically not in a fairy tale - I'm leaning toward the latter of the two guesses. However, it would be lots of fun if Cruelle de Vil became the main villain in an ABC drama.

EOnline reports we won't know who Mader is playing until after the midseason finale on Sunday. "Once Upon a Time" will release a promo revealing her character sometime after Sunday's episode.

However, the website also reports we will see the type of damage Mader's character can do before the midseason finale ends.

"Once Upon a Time" airs Sundays at 8/7c on ABC.
