It has been almost a year since "Game of Thrones" left the fate of fan favorite character Jon Snow up in the air after he was betrayed by his brothers at the Night's Watch. Kit Harington, the actor who portrayed Snow on the hit HBO series, dropped by the "The Jonathan Ross Show" where the host put Harington to the test - a lie detector test.
During the test, the host asked the actor a bevy of questions that all had to do with "Game of Thrones." Ross got out an item he called the "Stone of Truth" that Harington had to put his hand on while answering the questions. If Ross was satisfied with the actors answers, nothing would happen, but if he was not satisfied, the Stone of Truth would shock Harington, who was only allowed to answer questions with "Yes," "No" and "I know nothing."
The first question the host proposed to the actor was "Are you dead?" to which Harington replied, "Yes," which earned him a shock from Ross. Harington then confirmed that he was playing a dead body in "Game of Thrones" Season 6, but did reveal that he was not playing a White Walker.

Ever since Jon Snow was apparently killed off in the Season 5 finale, fans and the press have been nonstop asking the actor if his character was truly dead or alive.
"Look, I'm not in the show anymore. I'm definitely not in the new series," Harington previously said. "I filmed some scenes of me being dead - it's some of my best work." As for the upcoming season, the actor said he "doesn't have a clue" about any plot details.
"I know how long I'm a corpse for, but I can't tell you that," he said.
Harington's appearance on "The Jonathan Ross Show" came right after the actor finally confirmed his relationship with his former "Game of Thrones" co-star Rose Leslie at the Olivier Awards in London Sunday. The two first sparked romance rumors in 2012 and were spotted in January showing off some serious PDA.
The fate of Jon Snow will be revealed when "Game of Thrones" returns for Season 6 Sunday, April 24, on HBO.
