20 Pounds of Marijuana Disguised as Christmas Presents Found by Pennsylvania State Police

Law enforcement officials at Pennsylvania State told a local news station they'd discovered pounds of marijuana disguised as Christmas gifts in a minivan that was stopped by police.

According to the Centre Daily Times, 38-year-old Randy Jesus Valdivia could be charged with felony drug offenses, after police found 20 pounds of pot stashed in his car.

Police pulled Valdivia over at a stop on Interstate 80 near the college on Thursday afternoon.

Valdivia's behavior caused police to become suspicious, and the Surfside, Fla. Resident eventually allowed officers to check out his car.

In it, they reportedly stumbled upon 20 pounds held inside vacuum-sealed boxes, nestled in merry wrapping paper and neat bows.

Valdivia was then transported to a jailhouse nearby. According to the Centre Daily Times, a defense lawyer wasn't named.
