Jenelle Evans Arrested: Pregnant ‘Teen Mom’ Star Arrested for Disturbing for the Peace One Week After Announcing Second Pregnancy

Jenelle Evans was arrested on Dec. 14 after cops were called to her home. According to In Touch, the 21-year-old star of "Teen Mom 2" was arrested for the third time this year after neighbors reported loud fighting going on at the home.

The neighbors claim Evans and her boyfriend Nathan Griffith - who is also the father to her second child - were arguing when the reality star locked him out the house. Griffith started banging on the door demanding Evans let him back in but she refused. Because of all the noise, neighbors alerted police.

"[The cops] showed up soon after and Jenelle was originally hesitant to let them in," the neighbor told In Touch. "When she finally opened up, they went inside and next thing you know she was being brought out in handcuffs."

A source told Hollywood Life that Evans was being "mouthy to the officer" and that's why she was arrested. She was charged with Breach of Peace by North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina police and released on bail bond about an hour later.

Just last week Evans announced that she was expecting her second child. She already has a son named Jace with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis. Her first pregnancy was documented on the MTV reality shows "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom 2."

Evans currently doesn't have custody of Jace (her mother Barbara does) but a source told In Touch that the young mom is hoping that her second pregnancy will help her get full custody of the four-year-old boy.

In April, Evans was arrested for heroin possession and domestic assault. She was arrested again in August after she failed a drug test that was part of a plea deal she took for the heroin charge. In September she had another run-in with the law after her and her boyfriend were pulled over for driving erratically.

When police questioned the boyfriend, Evans said "Honestly, we were trying to have sex."
