MacBook Pro 2016 Release Date, Update & Rumors: Is MacBook Releasing Sooner than Expected?

A recent news article pointed out that MacBook Pro 2015 is up for heavy discounts which spurred the speculation that the retailers may be doing away with their old stock to make way for the new one. The media channel revealed that a 12-inch MacBook will now be available at $350 less than its original price. Meanwhile, 13 and 15-inch variants are discounted between the range of $100 and $250.

It is, however, important to note that this news is yet to be confirmed or denied by Apple. But the tech enthusiasts are almost convinced that the launch of MacBook Pro 2016 is just round the corner.

As far as its features are concerned, there will be noteworthy improvements in its appearance and specs. The new MacBook Pro is rumored to have OLED touch bar that will make access to your favorite apps and screens much easier. Besides, it will come equipped with 5K Apple display, USB-C and Thunderbolt 3. The highly anticipated laptop by Apple is also expected to be lighter and thinner than its predecessors. The OLED bar will reportedly replace the existing function keys.

However, the most exciting tweak to the upcoming range of MacBook is its compatibility with Apple display. The experts note that if new MacBook is indeed compatible with 5K display, integrated with GPU, there is no way that the users will not be tempted to buy the new Apple product.

Other features that are expected to be launched along with the new MacBook 2016 are Siri and Touch ID, borrowed from iPhone. The MacBook will also reportedly run on MacOS Sierra. The new laptop is expected to come out between August and October this year.
