According to the director of "Kingdom Hearts 3," Tetsuya Nomura, there will be a connection of "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8" to KH3 to Famitsu. Nomura added that the "Kingdom Hearts 3" will have the same theme as "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue," as they used Unreal Engine 4 in the forthcoming games. In both these games, players will be able to enjoy free-running feature to high places. They will also have to understand the map to move forward in the game.
The reports also noted that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will include a short introduction before the game begins. This prelude will help the gamers understand the game better, especially those who are not familiar with the first two games.
