Fans love the show "Quantico." However, they don't like the actress, Priyanka Chopra, all that much. According to a interview in Pink Villa article, the lead star couldn't stop bragging about her presence on an American TV show. Some fans expressed their dislike for the famous Bollywood actress from India. Some fans thought that in her interview, she came across as some one delusional or too full of herself.
"Achievements and hard work, yes.. but this self indulgence is getting a tad too much," a commenter said. "Someone shut this egotist accented snob now!"
"PC is really delusional," another commenter replied. "I am an American of Indian origin and no one that I know cares about her show or her acting. She is just blowing her trumpet and creating a hype."
"One major thing Chopra fails to mention is her agent, the Indian woman who accompanied her to the Oscars, she is extremely well networked in Hollywood," a commenter seconded.
"So Chopra is making it seem as if she did nothing to get into Hollywood and ABC ran after her etc. when in fact her agent got her noticed to begin with. This is where Chopra has some success and Rai couldn't, because she didn't have the right agent."
Despite all the negative comments, looks like "Quantico" season 2 is all set to air as per its scheduled date. According to Josh Safran, "Quantico" Showrunner, something really great is going to happen when Alex Parrish leaves FBI and joins CIA. He said in an interview, "The event in season 2 is probably even bigger than season 1 on some level ... But while it is bigger, it's also more contained. It allows us to feel more rooted every time we travel from one timeline to another."
"Again, if season 1 was sort of The Fugitive, season 2 has another blockbuster in mind," the "Quantico" star added.
