The Emma Watson Beauty, who plays Belle to Dan Steven's Beast in the movie remake of the fairytale, shared its first official poster in social media.
Watson posted an image that shows a magical red rose and said: "Very excited to reveal the first teaser poster for Beauty and the Beast, exclusively for my Facebook fans! Hope you like! Love, Emma x #BeOurGuest"
You can see the blood-red rose covered in a bell jar-like glass, surrounded by snowflakes. This flower is crucial in the plot of the movie.
The rose is the iconic ticking clock for the beast's fate. As the narrator explains "If he could learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal fell, then the spell would be broken. If not, he would be doomed to remain a beast for all time."
The first teaser video was out in May and if you haven't seen it, you can get acquainted with it now. Watson's character Belle and fan favourites candlestick Lumiere and clock Cogsworth are interesting features of this video. The live action reboot has been adapted from the 1991's classic fairy-tale, showcasing the journey of the beautiful, intrepid beauty who becomes the beast's friend, and understands his kind heart and soul underneath the ghastly physical appearance.
Other stars include Luke Evans as Gaston, a good-looking foil to the beast, who is courting Belle. Kevin Kline plays her beloved father, Maurice. Other interesting roles are played by Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, the candelabra, and Stanley Tucci as Maestro Cadenza, the harpsichord, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, the mantle clock and Emma Thompson as the teapot, Mrs Potts.
If you want to watch the first show of the Bill Condon-directed reboot then cancel all your dates and classes on 17 March 2017.
