Miley Cyrus ‘Adore You’: Singer Touches Herself in Racy Clip of New Music Video (WATCH)

Miley Cyrus recently posted a sneak peek of her newest music video for "Adore You," the latest single from her album "Bangerz." In the clips, posted on Instagram, the 21-year-old singer is seen nearly naked in a bra and panties as she seductively tosses and turns under the covers.

Cyrus then proceeds to run her fingers through her hair and down into her underwear leaving many people wondering if she was indulging in a little self-pleasure for the video. She teased fans that the entire video would be available on Dec. 26.

The clip already has some people raising their eyebrows so it's a safe bet that the full video could be even more scandalous than "Wrecking Ball," where she was seen licking and riding a giant wrecking ball completely naked.

After she released the video for "Wrecking Ball" Cyrus immediately came under fire for the overly sexualized tone, which she credited to the photographer Terry Richardson. While some people thought the video was artistic, others felt it was yet another controversial stunt to get people talking.

A source told Hollywood Life that Cyrus wanted people to look past the nudity and to focus on the deeper meaning behind the video. The singer later revealed that "Wrecking Ball" and many other songs from "Bangerz" was about ending her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

"Miley loved the idea of going naked because it suits the song," the source said. "She's showing her naked emotions. It's her vulnerable side and it's not something she shows very often, so having nudity made sense."

The source said that the song was a personal one to Cyrus because it reminded her of losing Hemsworth. At the time the video was released Cyrus and Hemsworth had not yet announced their split.

"It was very intense and wasn't an act," the source said. "Even though she was happy and in a good mood, it only took like two seconds for her to start crying."
