Chris Brown's luck is at its highest this month as the court granted him joint custody of his daughter Royalty and has outwitted Nia Guzman and her petitions thrown against him.
Breezy has been having a hard time spending time with his daughter as Guzman wanted him to have limited rights from his daughter even though the rapper regularly gives her $2500 for child support.
In her petitions, Guzman wanted full custody of Royalty. Aside from that, she wanted Brown's visits to be monitored. She also did ask court not to grant rights for Breezy's mom over the kid. And lastly, Guzman wanted to see Breezy's drug test results. All petitions are denied all in favor of the Loyal rapper.
As a result, the hitmaker is now granted 12 days of a month when he can be with his beloved daughter. It was also payback time for Breezy after a judge pressured him to pay Nia $20,000. But this week, things are bad for Breezy's baby mama with the court urging her to pay back the attorney fees that the rapper previously gave her.
Guzman previously asked the hip hop artist to raise his child support from $2500 to $16,000 and above but then again, the petition has been denied. What a lucky week for Breezy!
There has always been friction between Chris Brown and Nia Guzman since Royalty's birth. Recently, the rapper blasted Guzman in social media for allegedly dressing their daughter inappropriately in dance class.
It can be remembered that the birth of Royalty was the reason behind Breezy and Karrueche Tran's breakup with the model announcing it in social media. Since then, the model never gave the rapper a chance to get near her again even with the release of his single, "Grass Ain't Greener," a song supposedly for Kae.
As for Karrueche Tran, she recently released a statement attacking cyberbullies who blasted her for alleged using of Chris Brown's influence so she can forge her own name in showbiz.
"I have a love/hate relationship with social media. I love it because it's a built a platform for many people and businesses. It's a new day and age in society. However there is a dark side which is negative and hurtful. I think it's awesome to have social media as a platform to progress and build. Of course using it in the most positive and genuine way," she said in an interview.
