The Good Wife CBS: Do Diane and David Lee Need to Take Over?; Questions From First Half of Season 5

While this season of the "The Good Wife" has been filled with enough drama to last two seasons (yes, this is a bit of an exaggeration), I still have some questions:

No. 1 - Will Diane and David Lee feel the need to step up?

Ok let's just take a minute to admit something - Will's gone a little overboard. Yes, he's ambitious. Yes, his idea to take Lockhart & Gardner (or LG) to the next level is a good one. But he's definitely not the same person he was last season. Are Diane and David Lee going to eventually say enough is enough? Or is Will's plan to expand Lockhart & Gardner going to be worth whatever antics he does next?

No. 2 - How far will Florrick & Agos go this season?

There are probably a good number of "The Good Wife" fans out there who root for the underdog in many situations. In this show, the label of underdog falls to Florrick & Agos. Just how far will the little firm that could take themselves? (We know that we'll at least get to see their office take better form as time goes on.)

No. 3 - What is Marilyn's end game?

I don't think Peter cheated on Alicia with Marilyn but that doesn't mean she isn't plotting something. Does anyone else suspect Marilyn is quietly waiting to make her move on the Governor-Elect?

No. 4 - Who has been your favorite new character so far?

Carey (Ben Rappaort), Marilyn, (Melissa George), and the Damian (Jason O'Mara) have all had big impacts on the season so far. Who's been your favorite character?

"The Good Wife" returns Sunday, Jan. 5 at 9/8c on CBS.
