Are you ready for the all-new and much-awaited NBA 2K17?

The NBA role-playing game will be officially launched in a few days' time (earlier if you pre-ordered it) and 2K Sports further agitated and excited the fans by recently releasing a teaser video regarding the MyCareer mode to be featured in the newest 2K17.

2K Sports just hired a Hollywood actor to play as your player's buddy in the all-new 2K17 MyCareer mode. 2K16 MyCareer mode was written and directed by Spike Lee.

Usually, MyCareer mode just focuses on your player's small beginnings then rise to fame in NBA but this time around, your player will have a deeper background story. Your player's NBA journey will include Justice Young, teammate, buddy and the other half of the ultimate duo "Orange Juice", in the storyline.

Justice Young is played by 29-year-old Hollywood actor, Michael B. Jordan, who recently starred in the Rocky film, Creed. The "Friday Night Lights" actor did the voice and some motion-capture work for the game. The actor also added that he has been a fan of the game even since its first release.

This incorporation of a buddy will also have a great effect in the way you will play since you can interact with Justice Young and totally control him. This will give you the chance to exploit dual player controls in MyCareer mode for the very first time ever.

Like in the previous NBA 2K, you will have the liberty to choose the career path your player will take. Ultimately, you will have to decide if you will maintain being part of the "Orange Juice" duo or will ditch your teammate and pursue a career on your own.

NBA 2K17 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC will be officially launched on September 20.
