Leighton Meester and Adam Brody were photographed taking their dogs for a stroll on Sunday afternoon, the newly engaged Meester keeping her ring finger hidden from view, People magazine reports.
The famous couple are notoriously secretive and private, their engagement having been announced back in November through insiders before it was confirmed officially by their reps. Only several sets of photographs have been released of the actors out and about together, the former "Gossip Girl" and "The O.C." stars having met on the set of 2011's "Oranges" before entering into a relationship years later, reportedly in early 2013.
Twenty-seven-year-old Meester has yet to show off her engagement ring or even publicly discuss her engagement to 34-year-old Brody, leaving fans eager for a glimpse at her newest piece of jewelry.
Next year, Meester will make her Broadway debut alongside James Franco in John Steinbeck's "Of Mice and Men" as Curly's Wife in a revival that has not been performed on Broadway for 40 years.
Meanwhile, Brody will be filming "Think Like a Man Too" and "Life Partners" alongside his bride-to-be, having recently starred in the 2013 comedy "Baggage Claim" with Paula Patton, Taye Diggs and Christina Milian.
