It was recently confirmed that "Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown" will be coming to PlayStation 4. However, the information about its release remains unclear while SEGA remains silent on the matter.

Due to this condition, a lot of gamers turned their attentions to rumors and speculations to decipher even a small amount of information regarding its release.

In a report, Gamingbolt hinted that a playable version of the iconic game along with few others will make an appearance in Yakuza 6, which is expected to be released on Dec. 8, 2016, for PlayStation 4 in Japan.

The information regarding "Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown" is further confirmed by a translated Famitsu article published by Gematsu on its website.

The article mentioned about the "Play Spot" which is a term used to refer to the side activities included in every Yakuza game. The same article also revealed that the Virtua Fighter 5 has been enhanced and now has a two-player mode.

Furthermore, a Eurogamer article also claimed that it will come as one of the games bundled into the Basic Play Spots for the Yakuza 6, along with some of SEGA's remarkable arcade games like Puyo Puyo, Fantasy Zone and Outrun.
