'Narcos' Season 2 Spoilers: Massive hunt against Pablo Escobar on

A lot of spoilers have surfaced weeks before "Narcos" Season 2 premiere on Netflix. Like what most of the fans are expecting, the second installment is centered on the massive hunt for the notorious criminal Pablo Escobar.

It can be remembered that the finale episode of the first season showed that Pablo Escobar, portrayed by Wagner Moura, escaped from his palatial prison to elude arrest although he was eventually killed.

But contrary to what most of the viewers anticipated, an International Business Times report hinted that Escobar will not only be hunted by the DEA and Search Bloc but also by other groups such as the vigilante group "Los Pepes" and by the Cali Cartel.

The same report revealed that the Colombian government in "Narcos" Season 2 has been very supportive to the Search Bloc and its alliance's effort to capture Escobar.

Unlike in Season 1, where the government of Colombia remained passive on the campaign to capture the Medellin cartel boss, the regime will provide the Search Bloc with any resource needed.

In addition, a report from The Guardian revealed that "Narcos" Season 2 will no longer present the personal lives of the DEA agents but would focus on Escobar, the rival cartels who have joined the trend of going against him, and the turf that exists between the DEA, the Search Bloc and the CIA.

Furthermore, a report by Tufts Daily hinted that the show will present the brutal erosion of the empire that Escobar has established. It claimed that the second season would show how Escobar's fortune declined as depicted by the changes in the residences that he and his family will inhabit in the course of the season.

The same report also revealed that series will most likely show the scene where Escobar burns stacks of cash since firewood is nowhere to be found just to keep his children warm.

Given all of these spoilers, the fans will most likely find themselves watching "Narcos" Season 2 episodes regularly.
