After Hillary Clinton revealed her pneumonia diagnosis, Republican candidate Donald Trump eased the campaign tension by saying something positive to his presidential opponent.
In an interview over Fox News, Trump expressed his hope for Clinton to get well soon so they would be able to stand fit during the upcoming presidential debate.
The statement came after Clinton fainted and cut short her attendance at the 9/11 memorial event in downtown Manhattan on Sunday.
The Republican contender also vowed to release the result of his physical condition, claiming he has undergone medical exam last week.
Amid heated exchange of words against Clinton last week, Trump said he respected the people who are rallying support against his contender.
With the seemingly deteriorating health of Clinton, Trump pointed out that he takes no satisfaction from the news of Clinton’s health problem.
