This is adorable! Singing sensation Shakira posted a photo of son Milan's first Christmas. She is seen mimicking Milan's crying in one picture.
"Milan and its first 'caga tió' (Catalan Christmas tradition) at home of great-grandmother! Shak," tweeted the 36-year-old Columbian singer.
The mother and son looked identical in the photo as Shakira imitated Milan's crying face, scrunching up her face and pouting for the picture, reported PEOPLE magazine.
She also posted other photos that showed beau Gerard Pique, Milan and herself in the living room having a gala time together. The 11-month-old cutie seemed to enjoyed the Christmas celebrations with his parents. However, mommy dearest nicknamed him "mimosos" meaning 'fussy' in English.
Milan, whose full name is Milan Piqué Mebarak, celebrated his first traditional Christmas with Caga Tio, a wooden log with a smiley face painted at one end. According to the Huffington Post, Caga Tio, who is a Santa Calusequivalent in Catalan, is dressed in a traditional Catalan red hat. In Spanish 'tio' means 'uncle' and 'log.' As tradition goes, Caga Tio should be wrapped in a blanket and 'fed' until Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day, the children hit Caga Tio with a stick to make it "poop" out presents hidden under the blanket, reported PEOPLE.
So in literal sense, Caga Tio is a 'poo log.'
Baby Milan seemed to enjoy getting presents from his Caga Tio. The lovely baby was born January 22, 2013.
