GOP nominee Hillary Clinton is one of the hardest working women running for the presidential seat in the U.S. nowadays. However, Mrs. Clinton is still human after all.
Following Hillary Clinton's attendance at the 15th year anniversary of the 9/11 attack, footage of the presidential candidate went viral after onlookers at the memorial caught wind of her losing her balance. She was helped by few of her aides as she went on to the rest of her commitments for that day, according to The New York Times.
Hillary Clinton had already been feeling a little under the weather a few days prior. She had decidedly kept the information even from her own family and significant individuals.
It was revealed soon afterwards that a diagnosis of pneumonia had left her on a weakened state, and stressed that it wasn't a huge concern as it could be used as a political misdirect towards her continued rise in popularity among voters.
Former U.S. president Bill Clinton even advised concerned public and support groups that there was nothing more to know about his wife's health state, in a recent ABC News interview. He added that Hillary is in better health than Donald Trump, her foremost opponent in the presidential race.
Mr. Clinton also gave a soft reminder to his wife regarding the complexities surrounding the entire campaign. He said to take on that big gamble of winning the upcoming election as her own person.
In a related Globe and Mail post, Democratic Party leader Jay Jacobs defended the notion on Hillary Clinton withholding her pneumonia saying, "Usually you would think that the truth sets you free, but in the experiences that Hillary Clinton has lived through, that's not necessarily accurate".
Hillary Clinton's campaign manager, Robby Mook, also commented on the health scare issue. Mook said that Mrs. Clinton didn't wished for her illness to stop her from moving forward.
