iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus carry futuristic yet minimal cameras

About a week ago, renowned software and hardware giant Apple Inc. announced its two newest generation of smartphones - iPhone 7 and 7 Plus - and their popular wearables "Watch series 2."

Apple, self-proclaimed as the most innovative brand in the world with implementing premier hardware design and technology, is already known to be stealing ideas from their android competitors like Samsung and HTC.

While the majority of the general public truly acknowledge this to be a never-ending topic, it's still into a lot of limelight for varied reasons.

As usual, the social media and the press journals are always hyped when it's two biggest rivals (in terms of hardware and software) Google and Apple announce their latest hardware.

In the case of Google, it's always manufactured with a partner where only Google provides the operating system and sets the flagship standards in terms of hardware.

But in the case of Apple, they manufacture their phones to suit the needs of their operating systems which makes sure that most consumers who look after a secure device with the best usage and performance would always prefer them. Hence, it's pretty convincing that however badly Apple's sales are at the moment, they still are convinced that their hardware outdoes most of their competitor products.

Coming to the newly-announced iPhones 7 and 7 Plus, there're no major changes in terms of design from their predecessors iPhones 6s and 6s plus except for the part where it's a huge deal if you're an earphone user.

Apple now dumped the traditional 3.5mm audio jack with also retaining the same thinness. However, there were no official details from Apple on the capacity of the batteries on the new phones.

Coming to the cameras, Apple have retained 12MP as their standard as of now with a major change being the front-facing selfie cameras now being 7MP instead of 5MP on their previous flagship.

However, due to the newly engineered camera sensors, you'll now be able to shoot great photos even at low light, thanks to the f/1.8 sensor with OIS and quad-LED ring flash which will now make it look better even in term of lighting and color output. However, the iPhone 7 has only one single lens with 28mm focal length.

While its big brother, iPhone 7 Plus has a dual-lens camera whether the secondary lens becomes useful if you want to zoom on your subject a little farther than required. Apple has now made the facility available from within their camera application without compromising the camera zooming out like in other normal PTS cameras or DSLRs for that fact.

To use the dual-lens feature all you need to do is zoom in on the screen and that's it done. Looking at their camera samples, seems like Apple have done really well as usual by dominating in the camera section.

The images look really splendid with amazing colour accuracy and even aperture. Putting all these things into perspective it will now be amazing to shoot 4k videos without any hassles due to Apple's decision to implement OIS for both of the phones which were not the case with 6s and 6s plus.
