Sony Computer Entertainment has announced they will be shutting down their online servers "Gran Turismo 5" and "Resistance" games as of 2014, according to the company's official website.
Players will no longer be able to access PlayStation 3's online features for "Gran Turismo 5" beginning on May 20, 2014. As of March 28, 2014, gamers will not be able to access online features for Resistance: "Fall of Man", "Resistance 2" and "Resistance 3".
There are more PlayStation games that will discontinue their online features, including PS3's "MAG", "SOCOM: Special Forces" and "SOCOM: Confrontation" starting on Jan. 28, 2014. Gamers will still be able to play of the above titles on their PS3 consoles, but won't have any online support.
According to Sony's official PlayStation site, the follow titles have been decommissioned, separated by the appropriate gaming platform:
