Michael Schumacher's health condition has been a subject of great concern for his fans ever since their hero met with a life-debilitating fateful accident three years back. However, there is still no news from his family's side and therefore, one has no idea how he is doing.
Fans want to keep track of the progress Michael Schumacher has made on the recovery front but it is difficult to say anything conclusively, reports state. What is confirmed is that the Formula One racer is currently going through an intense rehabilitation program at Geneva, in his Switzerland estate. A team of 15 medical experts, headed by professor Francois Payen, is providing him treatment in a customized and highly secure facility care.
However, it is not yet clear how he is responding to the treatment. In the past, some reports had claimed that his condition was only getting worse with each passing day, which is truly sad but no official announcement has been made so fans need not lose hope. As for Michael Schumacher's family, they are completely on his side and believe that he will recover, reports claim.
What is more, former F1 priest Don Sergio Mantovani too feels positive and revealed that Michael Schumacher is a fighter, who has faith in God.
In the meantime, fans commemorated the tenth retirement anniversary of Michael Schumacher on Sep. 10. It was on this very day, ten years back that the racing legend announced his first F1 retirement at Monza. Though he came back in 2009 as a replacement for Felipe Massa, it failed. Next year, he again returned and continued with the sport until the tragic accident made him immobile in 2013.
Talking of Felipe Massa, Schumacher's then-teammate has also announced his retirement. He announced his decision at Monza last weekend and chose this particular race because it was this very race where Schumacher made the announcement, giving him a chance to carry on with Ferrari.
