10 tips for using Moto G4 and G4 Plus easily

Motorola's latest flagship releases, the G4 and G4 Plus, are user-friendly phones packed with convenient features. Learn how to use both phones easier through these simple tips, as reported by Digital Trends and Forbes.

Flipping the phone to activate "Do Not Disturb" - To set up this feature, open the Moto app, click Actions, then select Flip for Do Not Disturb. This feature allows the phone to be inactive when the screen is flipped down. By getting the screen upside down, the Do Not Disturb feature will be deactivated.

Capturing photos by tapping anywhere - This feature can be activated by swiping left to right while the camera app is open. Then tap on Shutter Type, followed by Tap Anywhere. This feature allows the user to take pictures by tapping anywhere on the screen.

Turn on the flashlight with a karate chop motion - To activate this feature, open the Moto app, select Actions followed by Double-Karate Chop for Torch. This feature allows the user to turn-on its flashlight with the double-karate chop hand action.

Using Google on any screen mode - To set up this feature, go to Settings > Google > Search & Now > Voice > Ok Google. Ok Google is a wonderful option available in Android which allows user to Google the information on any screen mode besides the home screen.

Pick up the phone to make it stop ringing - This option can be activated by opening the Moto app and selecting Actions, followed by Pick Up to Stop Ringing. This feature works when a mobile on ringing condition is picked up by hand.

Quick Camera launch using shortcuts - This feature can be used by opening the Moto app and selecting Actions followed by Twist for Quick Capture.

Tapping the power button also activates Quick Camera Launch and this feature can be activated by tapping on Settings > Display and toggle the Press Power Button Twice for Camera option.

Data encrypt - To activate this feature, select Settings > Security > Encryption. This helps the user to turn the data into encrypted codewith a password, and the data can be obtained by decrypting it using the same password.

Blockage of notifications from Apps - Tap on Moto app > Display > Block Apps. This feature allows the user to prevent specific apps from sending notifications.
