Texas Real Estate Agent, Suzanne Parsons, Discovered Stabbed To Death In Office

A Texas real estate agent was found stabbed to death in her office on Monday, KWTX reported.

Around 4:30 p.m., someone called 911 about a stabbing incident at the RE/MAX Heritage office, according to Fort Worth police spokeswoman Tracey Knight.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 49-year-old Suzanne Parsons on Tuesday.

"It's sad. It's horrific," Knight said. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of the victim."

No arrests have been made in the agent's death and authorities have not identified the 911 caller. However, NBC 5 reported police believe Parsons knew her attacker.

"I don't want to give the impression to the public that this is a stranger crime. This is not a stranger on stranger crime," said Corp. Tracy Knight with the Fort Worth Police Department.

Parsons' office was located next to several other corporate officers and restaurants, shocking the employees of nearby businesses.

"We were just trying to figure out what was going on cause it's a really nice neighborhood so we just didn't know what was going on," said Shana Sun. "Patients started telling us what was going on and what happened and someone got stabbed and a person fled but that was all we knew."

According to the RE/MAX website, Parsons has been a licensed realtor since 2005 and joined the company five years later.
