The latest images of the yet to be launched HTC Bolt portrays the sleek, trendy handset in silver. HTC Bolt is all set to be the new flagship smartphone in the United States. The handset is supposed to be the successor to HTC ThunderBolt, exclusive to Verizon.
Going by Evan Blass, the tipster, the image of HTC Bolt gives a material view of the look and feel of the smartphone. The HTC Bolt resembles a scaled down version of the HTC 10 version, which was announced in April this year.
As per the leaked images of HTC Bolt, the camera features are quite similar to that of HTC 10 except the flash module which has shifted to the top of the camera lens. There is, however, no indication of an auto-focus sensor in the rumored HTC variant, Tech Times reported.
In addition to the rear camera, there is a slight shift in the selfie camera as well which is located on the left of the ear piece unlike HTC 10, where the selfie camera is on the right-hand side. The dual trays displayed on the snap indicates that HTC Bolt would support dual SIM product. Interestingly, the current revelation states that the phone would come without a headphone jack which if true, would be a path breaking move in the mobile industry, after Apple launched iPhone 7 without a 3.5 mm audio port.
Although the leaked images of HTC Bolt do not come with any specifications, customers and interested prospects expect latest hardware configuration. This is the first time that Blass has leaked an image of the HTC Bolt in his twitter account and has stated that "the phone is headed to sprint".
The leaked image displays a date of Oct. 18 New York time, which could be the introduction date of the HTC Bolt. There has been nothing official on the launch, or even on the existence, of the Bolt brand from HTC. Interested prospects and enthusiasts will have to eagerly wait for HTC to officially launch the product, and declare the specs.
