After her landing at Canada's airport and crouching "inappropriately", Kate Middleton's 'wardrobe malfunction' stirred some hot air in the media. Recently, the Duchess of Cambridge attended a garden playdate with Prince George and Princess Charlotte. The 'wardrobe malfunction' did a repeat.
When Kate crouched and smiled at Princess Charlotte, her smile as well as other kinds of body language were captured in a flash. Her cream-colored dress with a lace-patterned top and a fairly reasonably long skirt looked pleasant, but the media had a lot of things to say:
Writes celebdirtylaundry: "Crouching down for a photo op with Princess Charlotte, Kate Middleton obviously didn't take into consideration that the front of the dress was barely knee length and, whoops, the world gets a look at Kate's panties again.
"We will give Kate a little bit of credit. It does appear that there is some kind of inner panel sewn into the back of the dress that keeps us from seeing everything Kate has to show off," it says.
Princess Kate was slammed for not being dressed appropriately in slacks, and instead transposing in a short dress that seemed better for a "cocktail party."
This is not the first time that the famous 'Kate Squat' happened. In a recent tour of Canada, she just bent down to talk to Prince George. It was interpreted by some as being pretty rude, as she was accused of leaving Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Sophie Trudeau "waiting for introductions."
The nearness to the children seemed to make another point, with her "predilection for flashing", even if she was near children.
Princess Kate did have a good day, though, with the children. The day was not completely ruined by her faux pas.
