NCIS: New Orleans Season 3, Episode 3, titled, "Man on Fire" will reveal that the case that Dwayne Pride and his team is handling is much more than a simple murder case as the evidence will lead them to a Mexican kidnapping case. Fans and the team are still upset over Zoe McLellan's exit and Vanessa Fertilo is having a hard time.
Agent Pride's team is trying to figure out the story that led to the murder of a decorated petty officer in the sports arena, which is however against their protocol. But, little did they know that the evidence that they discovered will lead them to another deeper seated case, that involves the kidnapping that took place in Mexico, of another petty officer, Spoiler TV reported.
It surely seems that the two cases are interrelated and the team must act fast before it is too late and the life of the kidnapped petty officer is at risk. Moreover, the stills released of the upcoming episode have the SWAT team involved, which indicates that the case is a big one that the team NCIS: New Orleans team will have to crack.
The upcoming episode of NCIS: New Orleans Season 3 is written by Zach Strauss and directed by Rob Morrow.
It must be mentioned here that the exit of Zoe McLellan has the fans as well as the team is upset. As stated in previous reports, the speculated reasons for McLellan's exit from the show suggest that her dating life and her son, Sebastian is keeping her busy. It was also heard that she left the show as she was being underpaid and the producers had turned down her request for a raise.
In other reports, it is being said that Vanessa Fertilo, who plays the new FBI special agent Tammy Gregorio, is having a tough time filling in the shoes of McLellan, who played the fan favorite character, Meredith Brody. Though the actress has blended well with the cast, her character is far from making a mark in the heart of the audience, Morning Ledger claims.
Moreover, Gregorio has her own secrets and her tough character is preventing her to blend in the team. However, she will win the trust of the team soon only to break it sooner.
NCIS New Orleans Season 3 airs at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Tuesdays on CBS.
