iPad Pro 2 Release Date, Price, Specs: All you Need to Know About the New iPad Pro 2

According to recent reports, 2016 iPad Pro 2 is no where its launch and if the current market is any indication, it would not be any time soon that Apple will introduce the new iteration. However, rumor is rife iPad Pro 2 will be released sometime in early 2017.

As far as its design is concerned, there is a fair expectation that iPad Pro 2 will be lighter and slimmer than its predecessors. There is also a speculation that Apple will drop the 3.5mm headphone jack from its tablet, parallel to its iPhone 7 this year. There are also talks about making the new iPad waterproof, also similar to their latest iPhone. While not much is known about the rumored iPad, some leaked photos in the past indicate that their might a tablet in the works.

Not much is expected in terms of design change as the Cupertino based tech giant revamped its look only last year and introduced the Pro model to its existing line-up. However, it will not be surprising if the latest iPad offering is slimmer than its previous model. Industry experts speculate that no big changes will come with iPad Pro 2 apart from the fact that they borrow some of its design from iPhone 7 and be lighter than its older versions.

It was also noted that the new iPad Pro 2 will come in three different sizes, spoiling its users for choice. There may be a new 10.5-inch version introduced, along with 12.9-inch and 9.7-inch models. However, the screen resolution or any other corresponding detail is not known at the moment. But it is safe to say that all the forthcoming models will feature True Tone display which was introduced with 9.7-inch iPad. With True Tone, your screen automatically adjusts the color temperature depending upon your ambience so that you are able to see the images clearly, regardless of the condition you are in.

Experts also speculate that new iPads may feature 3D touch that was introduced by Apple with its iPhone 6S. The battery is expected to be bigger for longer life on a single charge. It is also fair to expect that the new iPad Pro 2 will at least have a 12MP rear camera and 5MP front camera, which was added to the 9.7-inch model only last year.

Powered by A10X processor, running on iOS 10 and 4GB RAM underneath makes iPad Pro 2 to be Apple's answer to laptop replacement. These powerful machines will pack a punch for its users and give near laptop-like experience.
