MacBook Pro 2016 dazzles with slimmer design, OLED display, USB-C and Tunderbolt 3; Launching this October?

After the iPhone 7 was released, another Apple product is rumored to debut in the final quarter of this year. It is the MacBook Pro.MacBook Pro was last updated on May 2015. Thus, it will soon experience a total refresh as it presents new features and improvements. Many speculations have already arisen since the rumor about the features began. One of them is the probable death of the 3.5mm headphone jack.

It has been rumored that a 2016 version of one of Apple's leading products, the MacBook Pro 2016, is to be released and consumers are eagerly waiting and curious about the product's newest features.

The rumors that Apple is going to release a new MacBook Pro model for 2016 started when a report says that Apple is currently developing a new MacBook. The report says that Apple plans to make a thinner MacBook Pro 2016 with an OLED screen on its keyboard.

Like reported leaks earlier this year, the design adapts to the new metal injection molded hinges. And with the OLED display touch bar, this will probably replace the physical function keys along the keyboard's top. It is also said that the upgraded MacBook Pros are to feature USB-C support and Thunderbolt 3.

With these, speculations arose that the new MacBook Pro 2016 might have a detachable touch screen. Some even speculate that the 3.5mm headphone jack might also disappear. However, Apple did release their wireless earphones to complement the headphone jack-less iPhone 7. Of course, this means it would cost another few dollars to complete the set.

Since the MacBook Pro has not been updated for quite some time now, it is highly possible that it will indeed get a reboot. Whichever the case is, Apple will surely unveil the new MacBook Pro 2016 in the very near future. Surely, it will receive positive reviews.
