12-year old musician Grace Vanderwaal was just hailed as the grand winner of the 11th season of NBC's reality competition show America's Got Talent. The talented singer has wowed the judges and the viewers by performing acts with songs originally composed by her.
The singer-songwriter from Suffern, New York has started to make her way to stardom, as she was among the 21 young artists named by Billboard on their annual promising artists list. After she won the reality show, she immediately got signed to Simon Cowell's music company, Syco Music.
This time, fellow songwriter and pop, r&b singer, Charlie Puth, has also expressed his desire to write songs and collaborate with the young artist. According to International Business Times, this was after the "We Don't Talk Anymore" singer had seen Vanderwaal's guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Fallon was apparently making the signature move for NSYNC's hit "Bye Bye Bye" but the young artist was clueless to the title of the song, which made Puth tweet her afterwards.
Of course, the young artist could not help but feel giddy about the singer tweeting her, and she could just say that she will be there anytime, which made us more excited about the impact of this duo.
