OnePlus 3 Plus to have 3900 mAh battery, dual camera set-up and bigger RAM than OnePlus 3

The OnePlus 3 is speculated to have an upgrade called the OnePlus 3 Plus. The name OnePlus 3 Plus itself indicates that it's going to be a bigger and better smartphone.

Various reports have been reporting on the rumored OnePlus 3 upgrade. Noted analyst Pan Jiutang said that the smartphone company may be working on a bigger version of the highly-rated smartphone and is said to be launched soon.

The rumored specs on One Plus 3 Plus are largely based on the current OnePlus 3. OnePlus 3 features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a display resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Thus, it is speculated that the new OnePlus 3 Plus might have a bigger screen size of 6 inches with an increased resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

The OnePlus 3 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 6GB of RAM. The OnePlus 3 Plus is set to exceed those spects, as it may have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and a higher RAM than the original version. The RAM is expected to be more than 6GB, which will come along with the powerful processor.

While the OnePlus 3 features a 3000mAh battery, the new OnePlus 3 Plus is expected to be powered by a 3,900 mAh battery for longer usage.

OnePlus 3 Plus is expected to bring in the dual camera setup for clearer pictures, faster focus and wider aperture. In comparison, the Apple iPhone 7 Plus is equipped with a dual-rear camera setup for wider angle and better photo quality.

OnePlus, which earlier denied rumors of a OnePlus 3 Mini coming to the market, have yet to release any official statement on the OnePlus 3 Plus.
