October 11 is National Coming Out Day, where members of the LGBTQ community come out with their true colors. In celebration, here are the 10 celebrities who came out with their true self this 2016.
1. Robin Lord Taylor
"Gotham" actor came out as gay when he revealed via his Twitter account. Taylor tweeted that he is celebrating his 5th anniversary with his husband.
His announcement was made days after the Orlando nightclub shooting.
2. Colton Haynes
"Teen Wolf" actor Colton Haynes shocked his fans when he came out as gay in a May 2016 interview.
3. Charlie Carver
"Teen Wolf" actor Charlie Carver came out in January 2016. He revealed his true self-identity via his Instagram post.

"Everyday Sunday" frontman Trey Pearson came out as gay in May 2016 via an interview.
5. Kristen Stewart
"Twilight" star Kristen Stewart came out as she introduced to the world who she really loves, Alicia Cargile and not Robert Pattinson.

Former "Disney" star Bella Thorne real self-identity came out after a photo of her kissing another girl circulated like wildfire online. Thorne is considered as the celebrity with the shortest coming out announcement.
7. Aubrey Plaza
"Park and Recreation" actress Aubrey Plaza revealed that she is bisexual during the 2016 GLAAD Media Awards.
8. Holland Taylor
American film, stage, and TV actress Holland Taylor came out as a lesbian when she publicized her relationship with Emmy Award-winning actress Sarah Paulson.
9. Sara Ramirez
A week before the National Coming Out Day, "Grey's Anatomy" actress Sara Ramirez came out as bisexual during her speech at the True Colors: 40 to None Summit for LGBT Youth homelessness.
