Google's new Android 7.0 Nougat update may be the current competition criteria between the smartphone companies. Tech giants have released the list of its devices which will soon be seen with the Android 7.0 Nougat update.
Tech giants are in a race to load their smartphones with the Android 7.0 Nougat update as it is one of the criteria for ruling the current tech market. As per the reports, Samsung has rolled out the Android 7.0 Nougat for Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 series.
The reports further indicate that Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 models will be the first smartphones to get Android 7.0 Nougat update from the company.
Also, reports suggest that Samsung has made available a beta version of Android 7.0 Nougat to its flagship Galaxy Note 5 for testing. Furthermore, the beta version of Android 7.0 Nougat update is only available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 users of Korea & China and not for the other users worldwide. The report also suggested a downloading and Installation link for the Android 7.0 Nougat update.
Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 though was an unfortunate thing to the company. But Samsung did not leave it apart and added it to the list of devices which can now be seen with Android 7.0 Nougat update.
The latest reports showing up on the internet for the Samsung smartphones which will have the Android 7.0 Nougat update are the Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus and Samsung galaxy Note 7.
All the recently launched Galaxy Note models and Galaxy S models are included in the list except the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge models. These two models which were launched two years ago are in doubt to have the Android 7.0 Nougat OS. It is not confirmed yet whether these two models will receive or not. At US carriers such as AT&T and US Cellular, these two models have recently received their Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates.
