‘NCIS: New Orleans’ Season 3, Episode 4 Spoilers: Sebastian kidnapped; Exit of Zoe McLellan and low ratings fuels cancellation rumors

The next episode of 'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 3 is set to bring some super dramatic stuff for the viewers as it will see the kidnapping of a team member of the police squad. The bad news is that the show is facing threats of cancellation because of low ratings.

CBS has released the official synopsis for Episode 4, 'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 3 and it says that Sebastian will have to be rescued by his team members after he is kidnapped from a restaurant while dining with his mother, Ecumenical News reports. Later, he will be forced to use his video gaming skills in a prison break scenario.

The promo trailer for the episode shows Sebastian helping a woman who is asking for his help and it looks like a man has collapsed. When Sebastian reaches out to help him, he is attacked with a taser and then he is abducted. His abductor is seen telling him that he knows everything about him.

The NCIS team is worried after the kidnapping and would do all that it can to save him. Nevertheless, they are confident of his intelligence and feel that he would come out alive. But, it remains to be seen how Sebastian gets himself out of trouble.

Meanwhile, it is being said that 'NCIS: New Orleans' is facing cancellation threats. The low ratings of the show are a cause for concern as the audiences are not happy with the exit of Merri Brody, played by actress Zoe McLellan. Notably, she has left the show because of issues with the showrunners but some also say that personal reasons forced her to bid goodbye.

Titled 'Escape Plan,' Episode 4 of 'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 3 will also have guest stars, reports Hollywood Hills. They include Sylvia Lund (Wendie Malick), Sasha Morfaw (Sara), Jacob Miller (Henry Perotti), Chelle Ramos (Evette), Nick Gracer (Alex Novak), and others. It has been written by David Appelbaum and James Whitmore is the director.

'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 3, Episode 4 airs on Tuesday at 10 p.m. on CBS.
