In "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3, we will get an answer on lots of burning questions from the previous season.
The showrunner of Season 3, Dave Erickson, dropped some light in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. He confirmed that Dayton Callie ("Sons of Anarchy") is Ophelia's abductor.
So, what is the nature of his character? Erickson revealed that this mysterious man will be one of the main characters in Season 3.
Dayton Callie's character in "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3 could be part of an existing border patrol or a Minuteman-type.
There are speculations that he is a patrolman since there is still military present in the border. In case he is a member of the Minuteman Project, he simply didn't give up his post during the zombie catastrophe.
Some fans are pretty excited to see Dayton Callie in "Fear The Walking Dead" Season 3. A number of fans also fear that he could easily be the super villain. The presence of that kind of character in the zombie thriller could most definitely add a twist to the undead world.
There are fans who believe that he could get along with Madison and help her in leadership skills. They want to see him as a good guy because Callie surely got a great character.
Also, we may see the character of Daniel Salazar in "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3. Erickson shared that in his thoughts, Salazar will come back in the show. Fans probably think he's dead but no one actually saw him die.
It remains to be seen how the screenwriter will tie and presents the character of Daniel Salazar and Dayton Callie together and with the rest of the cast. One thing is sure, "Fear the Walking Dead" Season 3 will be as much exciting as walking among the undead.
