The struggle is so real to the engineers and officials of Samsung as the users will transfer to Apple rather than choosing another Samsung phone. Apple will most likely take advantage on the Samsung's fiasco, expert analyst explained.
Samsung has canceled all the production and distribution of replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Customers will choose another Samsung phone or to get a refund and purchase a new brand phone. "KGI says Note 7 users will have lost faith in the Samsung brand and have a tendency to like iOS and camera features, making the new iPhone an attractive sale."
As reported at Digital Trends, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, discussed 5- 7 million or about 50 percent people will transfer to Apple Iphone 7 Plus because of the dual camera which is attractive to customers. The remaining 50 percent will transfer to Huawei and Google for excellent features and built -in device according to the post of Trusted Reviews.
Despite of releasing replacements, Samsung users still hesitant on turning in the device due to battery failure and could catch fire. However, Kuo also explained that Samsung will not yet feel the affect of the fiasco in months but it could destroy the credibility as the top- brand manufacturer.
Samsung has yet to released a statement on what is the cause of the humiliation despite of the total recall of the phone and releasing replacements; and engineers are in difficult situation explaining why the battery failed and catches fire.
The effect of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 disaster is still being observed by analysts and Apple is expecting a remarkable 4th quarter earnings and projecting it will reach until the 1st quarter of 2017 as their income increase rapidly. Apple will have their income report to the investors on October 25.
