K-Drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" finally ended happily, while hitting 20 percent viewer's rating. KBS invited viewers to meet the casts at the Gyeongbokgung Palace.
In the final episode, Prince Lee Young finally eliminated all his enemies. Prime Minister Kim Heon and his daughter were caught red handed after plotting a crime against the king and crown prince. They were both executed.
Along with them, Personnel Minister Kim Eui-Gyo and Tax Minister Kim Geun-Gyo were also executed.
Lee Young also discovered that his mother was murdered by Prime Minister Kim Heon because she wanted the king of Joseon to be the people's king. Her idea was considered dangerous by power-hunger Kim Heon.
Ra-On was released and her family's honor was restored. She left the Palace. Later she found a book titled "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" at a book store, hence the title of the drama.
As she read the book, Lee Young, who has been crowned as the king of Joseon, appeared before her. They kissed as the drama ended.
