Sunderland Vs. Manchester United Live Stream: Capital One Cup 2013 Semifinal (WATCH)

Sunderland plays Manchester United on Tuesday in the Capital One Cup semifinals. The game starts at 2:45 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream via the link provided below.

Advancing to the Capital One Cup final became more important after Manchester United lost two straight games at home - to Tottenham on Wednesday in the Premier League and to Swansea City on Sunday in the FA Cup, IB Times reports.

"It's a League Cup semifinal, if you can't lift yourself for that then it's no good. We have got a great opportunity, we are away to Sunderland and we've got to recover quickly and lift ourselves," United midfielder Darren Fletcher told MUTV, via IB Times. "That's a massive game now."

Robin van Persie is out and Wayne Rooney's availability is questionable, according to SB Nation.

Sunderland, meanwhile, is coming off a 3-1 win over Carlisle on Wednesday in the third round of the FA Cup. A win would advance the club to the Capital One Cup final, and despite United's recent slump, Sunderland knows it must be on their game for Wednesday.

"We're at home and we know what we can do," said Sunderland defender Wes Brown. "We have to play well, and if we do that then definitely anything can happen in a cup game. We're looking forward to it.

"We need to be up for it and I'm sure we will be. We know what a good side Manchester United can be, but we have to do what we know we can. ... We're at home first so we have to try and get something. It's a semifinal and we've come to win the game."
