Samsung Galaxy Tab A to arrive with S Pen stylus on Oct. 28: Full specs, impressive features detailed

Samsung has offered tablets in a wide range of sizes, capabilities and price points of over the years. Fresh news is coming that the South Korean Tech Giant is going to launch its Galaxy Tab A on the October 28, this Friday.

The one thing people liked about Galaxy Note 7 was the new S Pen which lets users write, draw and even select/animate a GIF. Now the Samsung's latest Tab A 10.1-inch, will bring you all these new S Pen features to a tablet.

The features will include a new app called Samsung Notes which is combining its previous apps Action Memo, S Note and Scrapbook into the one place.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1-inch fits nicely into Samsung's lineup, after the higher-priced and higher-specced Galaxy Tab S2 and Windows-based TabPro S. This brings increased features and value to its Tab "A" line. Although Tab A specs are not mind blowing but they are a noteworthy improvement over last year's models, reports CNET.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1-inch is coming in the two colors i.e. black and white. It has a 7,300mAh battery which allows the Tab A 10.1-inch to get 13 hours of video playback. The latest Galaxy Tab includes an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front. All this will go into a tablet that weighs 1.2 lbs.

According to The Verge, the latest Tab A 10.1 will not be running on the latest version of Android out of the box, although it will be shipping with Android 6.0. But hopefully Samsung will give it an update to latest Nougat in the coming future. The tablet will be available on its website from October 28th.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1-inch with S Pen will cost in the US for $350.
