The NFL trade deadline is on November 1 at 4:00pm ET. Trade rumors are already a very hot topic around the NFL. Here are some of the latest trade rumors around the league:
Denver Broncos trading Trevor Siemian for a veteran quarterback?
Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl in 2015. This year, they are one of the favorite teams to win a Super Bowl title. In fact they won their first 5 games of the season. But 2 straight losses raise some eyebrows in the Broncos starting quarterback's ability.
According to chatsports.com, Broncos should trade Siemian to other teams and get a veteran quarterback. One of the possible trades that the Broncos can make is giving Siemian to the Dallas Comboys for Tony Romo.
Siemian is the 250th overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. An interesting fact about Siemian is that before the draft night, he lined-up to apply for a job related to commercial real estate in Chicago.
This year, Peyton Manning retired and Brock Osweiler signed with the Houston Texans. Because of this, Siemian earned a starting role as quarterback.
But one thing that Siemian lack is experience and wisdom. Something that Tony Romo already possesses. Siemian is the future while Romo is the present. And the Broncos needs to win now.
Aside from experience and knowledge of the game, Romo can also mentor Broncos' back-up quarterback in Paxton Lynch.
Will the Broncos trade Siemian before the trade deadline?
Cleveland Browns not going to bargain Joe Thomas
The City of Cleveland is slowly becoming the center of attention in the sports world. The Cleveland Cavaliers just won their first ever NBA Championship last season and the Cleveland Indians is now playing in World Series in Major League Baseball. But the professional football team of the Cleveland is not doing well so far.
They lost their first 7 games in the 2016 NFL season. And because of that, it is rumored that they will trade 10-year veteran Joe Thomas.
But according to NBC Sports, Cleveland Browns' head coach Hue Jackson said in a press conference that they are not interested to trade Joe Thomas.
