While it's just been a few months since Apple released its all-time favorite iPhone 7, new reports have started pouring in that Apple is all geared up to announce its latest model, iPhone 8.
And still just under a year from being publicly announced, iPhone 8 is all set to incorporate diversity in terms of its screen size. The three iPhone models which are supposed to come out next year are likely to wear a glass back supported by China's Biel Crystal Manufactory and Lens Technology, a source told the Nikkie Asian Review.
Apple is soon going to hit its ten year anniversary in 2017. However, the said plans might be altered by Apple itself given that Apple changed its formation plan six months prior to the launch of iPhone 7. The tech giant previously decided to modify the 5.5 inch iPhone 7 model having a single lens.
"Apple has tentatively decided that all the 5.5-inch, 5-inch and 4.7-inch models will have glass backs, departing from metal casings adopted by current iPhones, and Biel and Lens are likely to be providing all the glass backs for the new iPhones next year," the source said.
The new iPhone 8 is also supposed to come with a glass cover, similar to the iPhone 4/4S and Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7/ Edge given by Biel and Lens. It is speculated that the glass front and back will be supported by a metal frame.
Apple has plans to welcome a new 5-inch model along with. 4.7 and 5.5 inch iPhone 8. This will be, however, a new change for Apple to nudge its supporters in the world of technology as Apple has been releasing two flagship iPhones this fall.
The American giant is currently in a state to shift its technological plans. After being criticized on iPhone 7S model for being too cliché, Apple is still trying its best to bring in elements of innovation and creativity by coming up with a new range of models.
Rumors also suggest that iPhone 8 will get rid of its Touch ID home button by placing its sensor underneath the display. This can actually allow the new iPhone 8 model to incorporate a larger 5 inch screen.
Despite the speculations, it is too soon to draw a conclusion. With iPhone 7 just being released now, iPhone 8 will take its time to be accessible to the Apple users.
