Is Brad Pitt really a bad dad? Find out what his family has to say about his alleged abusive nature

Brad Pitt is not only considered to be a bad husband as part of his post-separation drama, recently the paparazzi shadowing him severely criticized his parenting skills.

And now when Brad Pitt is struggling with his child abuse investigations, he is referred to be as a bad dad.

While the rest of the critics are pointing their fingers on Brad Pitt, his family has a series of nice things to say about him. Brad Pitt's cousin just came out to defend him and says that he could never do those things that he is accused of.

Pitt has not made any public appearance since the divorce, which proceeded on Sep. 20. His family, however, is trying to stick by his side and have discredited any claim which highlights that he was physically or verbally abusing his children.

In an interview with RadarOnline, his cousin Roger Hal Hillhouse said, "I'll definitely defend him! Brad Pitt is a good father. ... He wouldn't hurt his kids...."

Based on the reports, Brad Pitt has only seen five of his children since the separation. His son Maddox was away and was not present with the rest of the siblings. This sparked controversies and further bolstered the claim that he might have indifferences with Maddox. The visits were supervised and as for now Brad Pitt has not remained in contact with Maddox.

Brad Pitt's cousin also told that his parents themselves are a great treasure to their grandkids. Pitt's parents have a big influence on the children's life and they never thought of cutting them off permanently after the separation.

"His mother and father, Jane and Bill, are great grandparents to those kids. It's a good family unit," Hillhouse said.

"We're all saddened by the fact that the children, Brad and Angelina are having to go through this," said Hillhouse.
