Beyonce dead on the Internet: How did her family and fans react to 'RIP Beyonce' hoax?

Celebrity death hoaxes are not uncommon and can be a nasty situation for the celebrity in question, their loved ones and the fans. The latest victim of one such death hoax is none other than Beyonce. When details of her gruesome death started roaming around the internet, fans went berserk after hearing this.

According to MediaMass, a Facebook page, "RIP Beyonce" was created anonymously and started spreading rumors about the 35-year old singer's death. Hundreds and thousands started commenting on and liking the page, expressing their grief and condolences.

The news spread and in no time became the trending topic on other social media platforms such as Twitter. It was also rumored that she died of excessive bleeding.

There were some people in Beyonce's fanbase, or collectively known as 'Bayhive', who were in obvious doubt because of the tremendous lack in evidence while others were visibly upset.

Beyonce was injured while performing at the TIDAL X: 1015 concert on October 15, when she accidently ripped her earlobe. Her earring got stuck in her long braid and was yanked away from her earlobe in the process. T

here was visible blood spots on her earlobe but the singer took this incident like a pro and continued with her performance. Needless to say, in no way hadd she "bled to death" because of this incident.

According to Hollywood Life, a source reported that the singer is aware of this death hoax news but is choosing to go on about her life. Her family and loved ones are not giving much response to the news.

Stories like these are now so common that nobody, who knows the singer personally, was fooled by it. Beyonce is just glad that her daughter Blue Ivy is not old enough to be affected by such death hoaxes which often roam around the internet.
