Four out of twelve contestants were eliminated on last week's episode of the Australian television reality music competition, X Factor Australia season 8. Some fans have not expected some artists to get eliminated and other artists to stay.
It was indeed a mind-blogging episode, but the show has assured that the next episode will be as, if not more, mind-blogging than the previous one. Fans will be expecting another live performance from the remaining artists, and announced guests.
This include performances from Treat You Better singer Shawn Mendes, and one-fourth of the reality competition's judges, and pop singer, Adam Lambert. It was revealed that Mendes will be singing his latest single Mercy from his album, Illuminate.
According to IBT Australia, Natalie Ong's exit from the show last Monday has made one of the show's judges, Guy Sebastian, realize to the remaining artists that nobody is safe. Some fans expected her to join the top eight for another live show, but failed to do so because her votes from the viewers weren't enough for her to continue.
Timmy Knowles, too, did not make it as her version of 'Hands To Myself' somehow, did not go to the favor of many viewers of the show. The artists that made it to the next live show are Davey Woder and Chynna Taylor.
Davey and Chynna, together with the artists included in the top eight, will step on the stage for their next live performance, in their brand new looks. A source revealed that the show's judges have spent the entire week for the contestants to have their makeovers, which few of the have even shared on social media. This will also be one thing that fans will definitely watch out for.
The top eight contestants that will be fighting over the title this year are: Amalia Foy, Isaiah Firebrace, AYA, Brentwood, Davey Woder, Chynna Taylor, Vlado Saric and Beatz.
X Factor Australia 2016 airs Sundays at 7:00 pm and Mondays at 7:30 pm on Channel Seven.
