You no longer have to go to distant lands to be able to find "Gwent" game. Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC will now be able to bring the game directly to the comfort of your home.

Gwent will take the digital card game industry by storm
Digital card games is a very profitable business, generating up to $2 billion a year primarily from the industry's leading game, "Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft."
Right now, CD Projekt Red looks to gain some of the fame as well as that cold-hard cash.
"Gwent is an example of a game that the community can have an actual impact on game developers," said CD Projekt Red senior community coordinator Marcin Momot.
"What we developed as part of 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' franchise, is now a standalone game and a totally different experience that firmly stands on its own," he added.
Why Gwent is so addictive
Through playing Gwent, players will have the ability to control creatures and items in a head-to-head battle on a multilevel grid.
Like a lot of these kinds of games, CD Projekt Red's card game is quite easy to learn but difficult to master. After getting players addicted to the game in "The Witcher 3," the studio has since started making huge strides of getting it out on its own.
Gwent will be under Xbox Play Anywhere Program
While the people at CD Project Red have not yet considered incorporating Gwent to Android and iOS devices yet, it will be a part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program. This means you can get it for Xbox One, and then all of your achievements, progress, as well as purchases will be carried over to Windows 10.
