After months of silence, former NBA star Lamar Odom finally opened about his relationship with ex-wife Khloe Kardashian. ET Online got the golden opportunity to conduct an interview with Odom on Wednesday night at Staples Center, where the former LA Laker witnessed former teammate Kobe Bryant play his final game.
Given what has happened to Odom since last fall, ET's very own Kevin Frazier felt it's prudent to first ask Lamar about his current health status.
Odom applauds Kobe
"Never felt better, most especially after what has transpired tonight," Odom said.
"He [Kobe] had 60 [points] tonight. He is the world, I was able to learn so much from him off the court, on the court, everything sort of translates and life is wonderful," he added.
After Kobe Bryant played his final game as a Laker, beating the Utah Jazz at home while racking up 60 points, Lamar was seen hugging his former teammate. He also recorded a tribute video prior to the game to honor Bryant's career.
Odom might be at it again
Odom also commented on the rumors that he had been seen at a bar in Sherman Oaks, California, raising some speculations that he might be back on his drinking habit.
Considering that he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last fall, and not to mention the past rumors of him being addicted to drugs and alcohol, it was just some of the evidence that might have contributed towards the potential separation between him and Khloe Kardashian.
What really happened?
According to reports, Lamar was seen entering the Johnny O'Brien pub on Saturday night, while being accompanied by two male friends.
Odom stayed a while and then finally left around 1 am. Early the next morning, reports confirmed that Lamar spent Easter with the Kardashians. Judging by some sources, he looked perfectly fine.
"I mean, it gets tough, especially if so much gets speculated," he said regarding the photos.
"Only select few people know the truth, and I just keep that close to my heart," he added.
After several photos of Lamar being found unconscious, new reports have surfaced, claiming that Kardashian has finally parted ways with Lamar for good.
