Russell Westbrook had another triple-double as the Thunder crushed the Lakers, 113-96
Russell Westbrook claimed his second triple-double of the season as the Oklahoma City Thunder cruised to a 17-point victory against the Los Angeles Lakers, 113-96.
Russell Westbrook, a triple-double machine, recorded another monstrous triple-double with 33 points, 12 rebounds and 16 assists in 34 minutes of playing time. He shot a decent 11-21 from the field and an incredible 5-6 shooting from the three-point line. This was Westbrook's second triple-double in three games.
Victor Oladipo once again became the sidekick of Westbrook as he scored 20 points on 7-20 shooting from the floor in 38 minutes. Steven Adams also had a terrific all-around game with 14 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks.
D'Angelo Russell and Julius Randell scored 20 points each to spark the Lakers' offense. Nick Young and Jordan Clarkson chipped in with 16 points and 12 points respectively, per ESPN.
With a win, the Oklahoma City Thunder remains undefeated at 3-0. The Los Angeles Lakers meanwhile fall back to 1-2.
