A team of astronomers and researchers announced their plans to set up a new nation known as Asgardia, a space nation that will be a part of a secret global conspiracy to enslave humanity and rule the world. How true is this?
According to conspiracy theorists, the Asgardia project was created by the Illuminati to build a protective shield for humankind and claimed to control the world.
The founder of the Aerospace International Research Centre, Dr. Igor Ashurbeyli has revealed the plans for the first nation in space. According to him, the first nation dubbed as Asgardia was started as a way of exploring to find out of it is possible to create a country in orbit of the earth.
Anyone can apply for citizenship in the cosmic country, and people who are eager to be a part of that small nation can sign up on the Asgardia Project Website.

Several conspiracy theorists believed that the Eye of Horus symbol which is used by the group is possibly linked to the Illuminati and Freemasons. Illuminati is composed of groups of people (researchers, scientists, astronomers, etc...) who belong to a secret society with a goal take control of the world.
"You've got to see the Illuminati symbolism hiding in plain sight - right in your face," said the internet conspiracy theorist in the video posted on Youtube entitled: "Crazy! New SPACE NATION's Blatant Illuminati Symbolism, To Be Recognized".
According to him, the all-seeing eye represents the Eye of Lucifer which oversees all its minions that are represented by the single brick of pyramid. The project leaders of Asgardia claim that the project will create a new framework for ownership and nationhood in the space through building a new nation.

It is the first space nation project headed by Dr. Igor Ashurbeyli, a Russian scientist and founder of the Aerospace International Research Center (AIRC) in Vienna. The name "Asgardia" came from the city of the skies which was ruled by Odin from Valhalla in Norse mythology.
The Asgardia Nation is considered as a fully-fledged and independent nation with a mission of developing a future space technology free from the restrictions of state control and creating opportunities for broader access to space.
