Xiaomi Redmi 4 is finally here!
After unveiling several smartphones like Redmi 3, Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3 Pro, Redmi 3s, Redmi 3s Prime, Redmi 3x, Redmi Pro and Redmi Note 4, another device was released and certified by TENAA.
The company has finally announced its release on Nov. 4 after being certified by TENAA. An official introduction of the new Xiaomi was revealed through a teaser on its Weibo account which confirms its release on the said date.
Redmi 4 has been subjected to many leaks before and now another teaser revealed its specifications and features. The teaser shows the left corner of the smartphone with a 2.5D curved glass up front, metal frame, and antenna bands.
Specs and Features
The 5-inch in size and 8.9-mm thick Xiomi Redmi 4 will feature an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors which provide great visuals to the phone. The resolution is in high definition of 1080 x 1930 pixels and weighs around 160 grams. The phone would be available in silver and gold.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 will be powered by a squad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz with a LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone is equipped with dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS and FM Radio.
According to Android Headlines, Xiaomi Redmi 4 is also powered by three capacitive buttons below the display which is considered as home button, back button, and menu. The smartphone will be made of metal with a sports fingerprint scanner at the back. The power, volume rocker, and lock is located on the right side of the phone. The new smartphone also comes with a dual SIM like any other phones.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Price
Aside from the specifications, the company also revealed Redmi 4's pricing. With its new and improved features, Xiaomi Redmi 4 will be sell for a price of US$192. Other reports claim that the smartphone could be a price at CNY 1,300 which is equivalent to Rs 12,900.
