After five years of wolves and other supernatural creatures from Beacon Hills, MTV is finally ending "Teen Wolf." The sixth season's finale trailer that debuted at San Diego Comic Con has spurned possible plot directions the show might take. They do not bode well for at least one of the major characters.
According to iTech Post, Stiles Stilinki, played by Dylan OBrien, might possibly die in the last season. In the trailer, Stiles was holding Lydias hands firmly, as if its their last chance to hold each other, telling her to find a way to remember him.
After his declaration, he was grabbed by a faceless horseman. This might be an indicator of Stiles demise and death in the show.
O'Brien wasnt at SDCC this year to talk about his character. As reported by International Business Times, he was injured on the set of "The Maze Runner: The Death Cure" and had to postpone filming in order to recuperate.
While his absence in Comic Con and injury made fans worry about his return to the show, Teen Wolf's trailer for its sixth season reassured everyone that he will be in the show-its just not clear for how long.
As for the other characters, its speculated that Mason (Khylin Rambo) and Corey (Michael Johnston) will fight to save their relationship. Mason is the shows first openly gay character and his introduction last season was well received by fans of the show.
According to Entertainment Weekly, however, this season's stakes are higher for Rambos character and he and Johnstons character will have to conquer all the odds against them.
It is also reported that Tyler Posey will be making his directorial debut as he is directing episode 13 of "Teen Wolf" Season 6. The cast all told EW that they are excited about it.
"Teen Wolf" Season 6 is set to return on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, first and exclusive on MTV.
