On Obama’s Remarks and Clinton’s Concession Speech

While the defeat at the latest US Polls stings, Democrat's presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has conceded the election to Republican Donald Trump. The move willfully unveiled the former Secretary of State's open-mindedness to accept her fate.

Trump's victory has come as a surprise to many. In fact, the world has been astounded by his performance during the just-concluded election.

On the other hand, outgoing President Barack Obama has expressed his intention to institute a polished and fluid transition for the nation's new leader.

Despite the frenzy behind Donald Trump's triumph, it is good to hear that both Clinton and Obama are looking towards the success of the succeeding administration. More than that, the Democrat's trail blazers are also hopeful about a unified America standing behind the newly-elected president.

According to Speaker Paul Ryan, Trump's emergence is a political achievement. The billionaire mogul has managed to reach out to new voters.

After Donald Trump won the presidency, market figures across the world fell but managed to recover shortly. People have been wary of the Republican's policies especially on programs associated with the economy.

Meanwhile, during her parting talk, Clinton thanked her supporters, putting emphasis on the pride she felt during the campaign period. She also admits that although the country has been deeply divided, she wished Trump the success he needs to be America's President, adding that her political opponent must be given a chance to lead.

Democratic Vice Presidential Candidate Tim Kaine of Virginia has expressed his admiration for Clinton whose long public career service has been exemplary.

Meantime, President Obama anticipated that the turnover of power to the Trump Administration will follow what ensued years ago when he assumed the presidency from George W. Bush. Although the nation's new and outgoing Presidents have differences, Obama has pointed out that the entire nation is one and the same.

In addition, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who is willing to work with the new President especially on enhancing the lives of the working class, has also stated that he will oppose any move by Trump that is affiliated with racial, sexist and xenophobic policies.
